This incident resulted in the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be pepper spray, according to police.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

The arrests follow a probe into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the incident, two women had stolen from them their suitcases upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the injured during the incident. Five people went to hospital for treatment and have since been released.

Police detained a man in his thirties on suspicion of theft and assault close to the location. He has since been released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Authorities were alerted at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding several individuals hurt by a noxious substance thought to be an irritant spray.

The attack - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not being treated as an act of terror - resulted in train delays and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park briefly.
